peach cobbler

it's about time i uploaded this recipe! i used my great-grandmother's delicious peach cobbler recipe.  you do a little measuring and a little mixing, pop it in the oven, and bam! you're serving peach cobbler to your friends and family before you know it!
> Ingredients:
1 large can of sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 & 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

> Directions:
- Heat peaches and 1/3 cup of sugar in a saucepan until it comes to a boil.
- Melt butter in a rectangular Pyrex dish in 350 degree F oven.
- Mix remainder of sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk.
- Pour batter over the butter in the Pyrex dish. NOTE: Do not stir.
- Place sliced peaches and juice on top of batter in Pyrex dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes (or until top is golden brown).

Best served hot with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream!
