Want a healthy snack that you can eat guilt free? Try these crunchy baked kale chips! Super simple to make and perfect for a little snack before dinner.
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale (I didn't use a whole bunch at once, just 2 or 3 leaves)
garlic powder
onion powder
lemon pepper with herbs seasoning
(you can use any spices you want!)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Tear kale into pieces (not too small since they will shrink a bit while baking) and place onto a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle generously with spices. (I love the combination I used above, but you can add whatever you like!)
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until kale is dark green and crispy.
(NOTE: eat immediately because kale chips become less crispy and more chewy the longer they set. So it's good to make in small batches as you eat them.)
