Post 2 of 3 from the shellfish feast: grilled clams!  A word of advice: since you'll already be firing up the grill; you might as well go ahead and grill oysters (post to be coming soon) and pineapple slices.  I find that the grilled pineapple goes well as a side dish for shellfish feasts.
1 lb of fresh caught clams

- Prepare the barbeque grill.
- Rinse off the clam shells (discard any with broken shells).
- Arrange shells in aluminium foil on the grill.
- Cook until the shells open (about 8 to 10 minutes).
- Serve with artisan bread, grilled pineapple and melted butter sauce (I used the sauce that the mussels were cooked in).
