Brownies

Ooey gooey moist melt-in-your-mouth chocolate brownies.  This is the BEST brownie recipe I've ever made.  I would even go as far to say that these brownies are my 'signature dish'.  Whenever I need to bring something to a gathering, I'm always asked to bring these spectacular brownies!  But don't just take my word for it, go make some!
Ingredients:
5 tbs cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
dash of salt (optional)
1 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
confectioner's sugar (optional)

Directions:
- Combine cocoa, sugar, flour, and salt.
- Pour butter over dry ingredients and mix lightly.
- Add eggs (one at a time is ideal) and whisk ingredients.
- Pour brownie batter into an 8x8 pyrex pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 50 minutes (the brownies will be slightly soft in the middle (not raw) when poked with a toothpick).
- Let brownies cool for 5 minutes then cut into 1 inch squares.
- Lightly dust with confectioner's sugar.
