this pizza recipe is the second mini pizza i made with that extra dough.  the first pizza (mountains meet the sea) was delicious, but if you prefer less cheese; then i think you'll like this recipe more.
> Ingredients:
pizza dough, (store bought or homemade)
olive oil
cheddar cheese, grated
portabella mushrooms, sliced
garlic, minced
pineapple, sliced
green onion, sliced
tomato, sliced
sesame seeds
cilantro, chopped
basil
lemon pepper with herbs spice mix
butter (for the shrimp)
salad shrimp
*Since this was a spur of the moment pizza making session, I did not measure any of the ingredients. It will all depend on the size of the pizza you're making. Just throw on however much you're craving a certain ingredient!

> Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll and knead out the pizza dough until it is roughly the size of a small plate. Make sure there is at least a 1/2 inch thick base and curl up the edges to create a crust.
- Saute the salad shrimp in a little butter and minced garlic.
- Drizzle some olive oil on the dough.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. You can add as much or as little as you like.
- Place pizza on a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.
- Then raise the temperature to 475 degrees F and bake for another 10 minutes. (Baking times will vary depending on the dough and oven you use.)
- When the crust edges start looking slightly burnt, that is usually a good sign that the pizza is ready to come out of the oven.

Ta-da! You are now a pizza maker! What ingredients do you like to add?
