some mornings you just don't have time to whip up a big breakfast.  that's when these squares come in handy.  awesome choice for when you need breakfast on the go!
> Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 large banana, mashed
1/4 cup peanut butter, creamy

> Directions:
- Mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add vanilla extract, milk, and egg to the mixture.
- Mix in the mashed banana and peanut butter.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8"x8" Pyrex dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
