honey. glazed. carrots.  such a great way to make eating carrots more glamorous.  i might start glazing everything with honey from now on!
> Ingredients:
1 lb bag of baby carrots (or about 10 large carrots, sliced)
2 tbs butter
2 tbs honey
1 tbs lemon juice (i ran out of lemons and had to use limes, still taste great!)
salt and pepper, to taste

> Directions:
- Place carrots in boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender
- Drain the water
- Add honey, butter, and lemon juice to the carrots in the pot
- Cook for 5 more minutes
- Add salt and pepper

Tada!  Your fancy side dish is served!
